Take the Lead in the Canadian Market
with a CarePatrol Franchise
CarePatrol Franchise Owners are Senior Living Advisors
Your role as a senior living advisor entails assisting older adults in Canada in finding the perfect senior living community that caters to their specific needs. This service is completely free for families as our CarePatrol advisors are compensated by the numerous communities we collaborate with.
Our franchisees serve as guides, helping families navigate the overwhelming process of selecting a high-quality and secure Independent living, Independent Supportive Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care Community for their loved ones. Utilizing our exclusive system, we determine precisely which care options align with our clients' requirements, employing cutting-edge software and technology within the senior franchise industry.
In order to ensure our clients make truly informed decisions regarding the placement of their loved ones, our franchise owners adopt a hands-on approach. They accompany families on tours of retirement communities, conduct extensive research and provide performance reviews of care options, and offer unwavering comfort, support, and expertise throughout the entire process.
The CarePatrol Story
CarePatrol was established in 1993 by Chuck Bongiovanni, a compassionate medical social worker who witnessed the heart-wrenching ordeal of a family whose loved one was placed in an unsuitable facility. Since then, CarePatrol has emerged as the trailblazing franchise organization in the thriving senior placement industry, with 150+ Senior Care Advisors in the U.S. Today, under the expert guidance of Co-Founder and Brand President, Becky Bongiovanni, we are dedicated to assisting families in making secure choices, while also strategically developing our brand to ensure an unparalleled support system for our franchisees in the U.S. and in Canada.

The Qualifications
Franchise Support in Canada
At CarePatrol, we recognize that many entrepreneurs who are interested in running a business that serves seniors and their families may not have experience in this industry. That's why our training program equips owners with the necessary skills to build their businesses over the long-term and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Our Operations team in Canada is dedicated to keeping you informed about all operational, marketing, and organizational resources developed by our corporate team. They will also keep you updated on any regional industry changes and assist with any inquiries you may have. Rest assured that our Canadian support team is right by your side, ready to assist you in any way possible.Available Territories
As we have newly expanded into Canada, there are many attractive territories available, so you can make a difference in a community that feels like home. Although we encourage our franchisees to begin their new career as the owner of a single CarePatrol territory, once you have mastered the business, you may qualify for multi-unit ownership.
what our franchisees
are saying...
"I have always wanted to serve others and throughout my career have felt that I have always had that purpose in everything that I've done. When it came to choosing CarePatrol it really hit home with me while looking at the challenges that families go through at a time that is so difficult for so many. I see so many families get their loved ones to the wrong places and have to go through the process all over again. I want to do better for families. I don't want people to go through what I've seen my family go through. The reality is that someday I will have some sort of dementia and I want to know that there's somebody out there that can help my family to find the right place, care, and level of support for me."
